Job Description
Our client in Gloucestershire requires two experienced Supported Housing Co-ordinators to support vulnerable young persons in either a direct access
hostel, medium support accommodation or move on accommodation.
The suitable candidates will have experience within the Social Care field
in particular with vulnerable young persons, be able to start as soon as
possible on a permanent basis.
