Job Description
Our Client is a Building Consultancy based in SW London who need a Site Inspector with a background in Public Sector Surveying to oversee works within the Decent Homes Program for a Local Authority.
You should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and be able
to liaise with tenants, contractors, clients and other professionals to
ensure that works are undertaken to expected standards.
You will also need to produce accurate and legible reports and have good
building regulations knowledge.
This is a permanent post but someone looking for short contract whilst a
more permanent employee is recruited will be considered.
Salary circa £30k or equivalent on contract + company benefits for perm
staff.
