Job Description
Our client is a NW London Housing Association who are looking for a building surveyor to join for a one year fixed term contract and run a patch of stock.
You will be responsible identifying all routine and major works, ensuring
that these are undertaken and completed within optimum time and cost constraints to the approapriate standard.
The scope of works to be carried out will include pre inspections, on site
monitoring, specification and tendering, asbestos surveys, voids work, stock condition surveys and post inspection of works.
You will at all times make sure that the value of this stock is maintained
and service to tenants is delivered at an appropriate level.
