Job Description
Our Client is a West London Borough who are looking for a Project Manager to join the public sector housing team.
You will be taking responsibility for effective Project Management on a
range of projects that are to be delivered as part of the Decent Homes
Program ensuring effective procurement, timely delivery and strict
budgetary control of a range of strategic planned investment projects as directed by the Asset Manager.
Experience in a similar role is essential and membership to either RICS or
CIOB is preferred.
This is a 6 month contract with a view to extension circa £25ph Ltd
