Job Description

The project involves basement excavation, cores and floors to multiple storey levels on a number of linked structures. The end use will see this development exhibit both residential and support facilities. You will have come from an engineering background and will have formal training and qualifications, a minimum of 3 years relevant site experience, working for either an RC frame contractor, a main contractor who controls the construction process or a builder / developer, having worked on projects exceeding £3m. Current CSCS card essential and a First Aid certificate would be advantageous, but not obligatory. The site runs on a 5 ½ day week. The client has a regular stream of similar projects and further work may follow. Only candidates who are legally entitled to live and work in the country will be considered.
