Job Description

The work will entail excavation, drainage and groundworks, pile caps and groundbeams, RC for the basement and ground floor slabs continuing on to the superstructure. Duration on this new project will be a minimum of 5 - 6 months and may extend if adjoining schemes are secured. Experience of this type of work is necessary with a minimum of 3 - 4 years relevant UK experience. You will be expected to be able to programme the site works and run the project with visits from a Contracts Manager. Ideally CSCS qualified with the 5 day CITB Site Managers qualification, a First Aid certificate and a good working understanding of current Health & Safety legislation, you will probably have formal Engineering qualifications and you will demonstrate an ability to work to demanding schedules and still produce quality work. The rates will reflect your level of expertise and reward you accordingly. Only candidates who are legally qualified to live and work in the UK will be considered.
