An understanding of the technical aspects of both these processes would be advantageous, then moving on to traditional ground-works, piling and pilecaps, drainage and ground-beams you will demonstrate your technical, contractual and commercial abilities.
Applicants with good Quantity Surveying skills and aptitudes with a broad construction background capable of organising the various sequences from initial enquiry through to final account are required. Previous experience with one of the recognised Groundworks or RC frame contractors would be preferred. These are roles that would be suitable for a Senior Quantity Surveyor wishing to take on their own projects to junior Quantity Surveyors keen to develop within the contractors side of the industry.
A 5 day week will operate. Ideally CSCS certified you should be a car driver. Excellent rewards for the right candidates. Applications will only be considered from those legally permitted to live and work in the UK.
