Currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 to 6 years relevant UK experience in Groundworks and RC structures, familiar with the latest methods of construction, with a current driving licence able to cover work within an area that extends from Milton Keynes in the north, to Reading and Oxford, down the M3 corridor to the south coast. Your residential location would determine the sites that you would be responsible for. You will be a “stand alone” character with the ability to guide and train junior Quantity Surveyors that may work with you.
Salary Expectations will be met for a Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate an ability to win work, procuring profitable projects, negotiate at all levels, contribute to the companies policy of repeat business and generally help the division grow in size and profitability. Only candidates who are legally permitted to live and work in the UK will be considered.
