Job Description
A London Authority in the Southeast is seeking a Development Control officer to deal with a range of complex applications.
The ideal applicant would have experience from within the Public or Private Sector and must be able handle an ongoing caseload and be able to prioritise. To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a town planning qualification and have a minimum of 3 years experience across a range of resource consents/ development applications.
Located within commuting distance of central London, this is an ideal opportunity for a planner who is looking to further their experience or looking for a new challenge within the Town Planning sector.
