Job Description

You will have a background in residential developments, either working alone or as a number 2 on a larger scheme. Coming from a trades or technical background you will have a minimum of 10 - 12 years site experience, have worked on a number of similar projects and be capable of taking full charge of the site, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.

Tertiary or trade certificated, CSCS carded and a current First Aid qualification.

Your working hours would generally be 0800 to 1700 or 0730 to 1630 x 5 days per week, 20 days holiday per year of which 1 week is taken at Xmas. The proposed salary package would be £35 to £38,000, though this is negotiable, based on experience, plus expenses. The company work hard to retain their staff, and you will be joining a friendly company. Only applicants who are legally permitted to live and work in the UK will be considered.
