Job Description

The prime requirement is for a project situated between Oxford and West London, this is a re-measurement project and you would need to have initiative and drive to take some of the pressure and workload off the Managing Surveyor.
The scope of operations is based primarily on new build residential schemes, both low rise and multi-storey RC frames, with the associated infrastructure of such projects, situated on and around the M25 to the north of London and down as far as the River Thames.
We need an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant site and contractor based experience, with an up to date understanding of commercial matters, pricing and measuring work, conversant with site Health & Safety requirements. Fully IT literate with a current UK driving licence you will be a self-starter. If your experience falls outside this brief your application will still be considered.There are good future prospects, with ongoing training if required and an attractive remuneration package. All applicants must be able demonstrate relevant recent UK experience and be permitted to live and work in the UK.
