Job Description
We are currently looking for a qualified social worker (North Yorkshire) to work within a children and families setting.
You must have 12 months post qualifying experience with child protection - preferable, but not essential. You will be working along side an established, supportive and friendly team.
Main duties will involve
* Undertaking Initial Assessments
* Possible duty work
* Making appropriate referrals
* Preparing reports
* Managing a caseload
The position in initially for 3 months, with opportunity to extend.
This is a great opportunity to work in a beautiful rural setting in a great team, with the flexi ability of a temporary vacancy.
You must be able to provide references have a current GSCC registration (MUST BE QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER - DIPSW/ CQSW ETC) - we will also have to provide details for a new CRB.
