Job Description
Our client who is a major housing association in West London require a maintenance surveyor to manage an 'area' within the groups housing stock.
Duties include day to day work as well as cyclical & planned maintenance.
Other duties include undertaking inspections & surveys of tenanted & void properties to identify & diagnose complex building defects.
There will also be some Aids & Adaptations as well as Project works.
This is a permanent role but candidates will be taken on contract
initially for a short trial period.
