A very well regarded local authority is seeking a town planner who has experience of handling and managing a mixed caseload of minor applications from a wide variety of clients.

The candidate will have at least 6 months of UK experience assisting with the preparation of accurate and detailed reports on planning applications, duty planning responsibility and community consultation.

The successful applicant will also have experience in negotiating with developers to achieve satisfactory proposals within the context of national, strategic and local policies, standards and guidelines.
