Job Description
Our client is a nation wide housing association who is looking for a surveyor based out of Middlesex to look after small sections of housing stock located in several regions.
Duties include undertaking tendering and preparation of formal contract
documentation in accordance with the Association’s financial regulations
and procedures. Inspection and investigation of each defect or
improvement, identifying the most appropriate technical solution,
preparation specification and schedule of the works required.
Other duties include ensuring problems arising during any project are
dealt with swiftly and effectively, including close liaison with housing
management staff on complaints raised by, or problems affecting,
residents.
Successful candidates will be RICS or equivalent and willing to travel
nationwide if the work demands this.
