Job Description
You will work on the company's development scheme, including mezzanine proposals, retail layout, building regulations, fire escape philosophy, signage requirements and DDA regulations. You will make statutory application for Building Regulations, Planning, Advert Consent and Listed building Consents. You should have some knowledge in AutoCAD 2005, Current Building Regulations, Current Planning Law, DDA requirements, CDM requirements, Building design and construction systems.
