Job Description

The practice is committed to providing their clients with successful ways of communication to their customers through the retail environment, brand strategy, POS, packaging and online.

Their offices, housing up to 40 employees, are funky and open planned and located in SW London. The positions are open to permanent candidates as well as contractors and include the following:

TECHNICIAL AND DETAIL DESIGNER
Required to produce full and proper working drawing packs using Vectorworks. This is an urgent requirement and the successful candidate will be required to meet a busy work schedule.

DESIGNER
Required to pick up existing projects as a development designer and must be capable of specifying finishes, developing an existing pack, detailing, working drawings, site meetings etc.

CONCEPT DESIGNER
This is a Senior Lever position and suits a designer with a strong retail background and understands fully how a commercial retail space works. Good drawings skills are essential as well as proficiency using Vectorworks. This is an urgent requirements.

SENIOR DESIGNER
Required to work on a major project in India therefore travel may be required as part of the role. As a Senior Designer the successful candidate will have 8+ years experience and possess a solid retail background preferable working on supermarkets

STORE PLANNER
This role suits an ‘old school’ store planner with experience working on supermarkets. Vectorworks experience is preferred but not essential.

PROJECT MANAGER
Required to manage a major project in India but will be based within London office with occasional travel required. Responsibilities will include running the design team as well as liaising with the client directly. It is essential for the Project Manager to have a design background and possess the ability to design on site without the input of design team if necessary. This role suits candidates with an understanding of commercial objectives and experience working on international projects.

TECHNICIAL DRAWING SUPPORT
Required to produce working drawings and details using Vectorworks.
