Our Client, a well established nursing home with 45 beds is currently looking for a Deputy Matron. The applicant must be an RGN and have some managerial experience within a Nursing Home Environment. As a Deputy Matron you will be expected to be flexible, have excellent communication skills and show an ability to lead.
