Job Description
My client, a well established Nursing home is currently looking to recruit a RGN Home Manager. The position is based in a 36 bedded nursing home, with a warm and friendly environment with an excellent reputation. The successful applicant would be expected to lead staff in the provision of excellent care. Previous management experience is required with working knowledge of National Minimum Standards and CSCI regulations. This position provides an excellent package with support from Regional and Training Managers and Clinical Director.
