Major contractor requires highly dynamic managers to work on challenging fit out and refurbishment projects. Experience of high value projects, £5 million +, is essential to this role as is previous work on retail and commercial schemes. Offering an exceedingly rewarding opportunity, a stimulating challenge that can only enhance your résumé and with further projects in the pipeline, the right individual can progress rapidly, although the client is happy to accept individuals who would prefer to work on a freelance basis.
