Leading the London Underground into the 21st Century, providing a world class transport system for a world class city, our client is looking for a team of top quality professionals who can lead a cultural change within a functional department. The client requires quality contract administrators and formulators with a good Quantity Surveying background. Experience could include managing contracts, administering labour contracts, Materials Managers for the supply chain initiative, contract formulation and administration for signalling in New Works, a team to manage the consultancy framework, contract administration to supply continuous delivery of signalling equipment rooms and contract administration support for site works.
The vision for the new culture dictates that team members will be proactive and hands on. Good commercial awareness and contract management experience coupled with the ability to consider the contract as a whole is paramount. Experience of large infrastructure projects is preferred as is working for the main contractor. Individuals who have experience dealing with small packages of building work will not suitable. NEC/ECC contract experience is desirable.
