Job Description

Cost Manager with a minimum of five years experience gained in the Rail/Underground environment required for this position with major player in the regeneration of the London Underground. You will provide a focus for all commercial support for the Project Manager including project estimating, cost management, procurement and contract administration. Skills will include Commercial Estimating, Cost Proposals and Project Cost Control. You should have Higher Educational qualification in an Engineering discipline or equivalent. At least five years of cost control experience gained in the Construction/Engineering Industry and at least five years experience of cost management systems and controls.
NB: The successful candidate must be authorised to work in the UK/EU.
