Job Description
A modern and dynamic company are seeking a RICS qualified property manager with at least 2-3 years’ experience. The successful candidate will be managing properties for a number of prestigious clients. You will have the proven ability to perform rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges and asset management. Our client is seeking a pro-active, client focused candidate to help lead the team.
The role will last an initial 3 months with the possibility of a permanent role.
