Job Description
Our client is a will established residential home, they currently looking to recruit a care home manager to maintain and develop the high standards and Christian ethos. The applicant will report to the management committee, be responsible for the home, oversee the care for residents, manage a small team and maintain good relationships with other professionals. The applicant must have a NVQ level 4 and 2 - 3 years management experience in a similar role. As a manager you will have good leadership skills and be a good communicator.
