Job Description
Checking guests in and out of the Hotel using Fidelio, knowledge of this system would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
Checking and Balancing all guest accounts.
Dealing with complaints, general queries for all aspects of the hotel.
Answering the hotel switchboard and directing all calls to the relevant department.
Opportunity for promotion within department for the suitable candidate.
