Job Description

With a head office in North – West London you will have responsibility for work primarily accessible from the M25, with schemes in Docklands & The Isle of Dogs providing London based interest.

An Engineering background and an ability to problem solve would equip you to develop this sector of the business, whilst a considerable knowledge in this market must be evident from your current or previous employment. Alternatively you may currently be working for a main contractor as a Site Agent, possibly from a Trades background and be keen to develop your own role taking full responsibility for a department. This will involve dealing with the client and the labour force.

Primarily working on Groundworks, infrastructure, small RC jobs and Builders works packages, you would be expected to cover a number of schemes at any one time, from 3 to 5, though these schemes would be at different stages. This will be a hands on management role, and you must be able to write Method Statements / Risk Assessments, be computer literate, able to read drawings and order materials as per specifications

Projects vary from £10k to £200k and may require repeat visits as part of an ongoing service to the clients. The working radius would extend to 50 miles from the head office and you would ideally reside within this catchment area.

Salary in the £45k bracket plus vehicle and package tailored to suit the successful applicant.. You must be legally entitled to live and work in the UK to be considered for this post
