If you are a qualified lawyer with at least 2 year's experience in the energy sector we won't need to whet your appetite when the prospects are so good.
Working for a major international law firm you will be working on transactions from their Moscow base and be involved with oil and electricity producers, potential investors and joint ventures in tender, acquisition, licencing, disposal, liquidation, merger, production share, cross boarder issues, privatisation and environmental/geoservice arrangements.
We seek specific energies experience and you will be able to demonstrate your experience in licensing and permitting issues, as well as the skills necessary for undertaking the tasks above. You will be skilled in drafting and amending complex proposals and agreements and confident to work on transactions, liaising direct with the client.
