Vibrant Local Authority based in South London, is looking to appoint an enforcement officer to provide advice on enforcement issues and investigate possible breaches of legislation.

The successful applicant will also be expected collate and present evidence at appeal or in court, working to laid down procedures.
Applicants must have some knowledge of planning enforcement procedures and be able and comfortable in dealing with legal infringements.
You should have a strong customer focus with effective negotiating, communication and IT skills.
You should also have the ability to investigate and record unauthorised development and be able to suggest methods of resolving issues.
