Job Description
An outdoors type with practical experience of Arboriculture (e.g. tree surveys, tree surgery work etc.) and relevant experience working with a local authority or similar employer is required to assist the Trees Contract officer in all Arboricultural matters particularly in relation to surveying street trees, monitoring contractors and advising other Council departments and members of the public on Arboricultural related issues.
It is essential that you possess a relevant Arboricultural qualification (ND Arb [BTEC] or equivalent) and, desirably, membership of recognised tree related body (e.g. AA, NATO).
