Due to this continued expansion, O’Neill and Brennan have been appointed as sole agent to recruit an Architectural Technician for their Croydon office.

You will be familiar with AutoCAD 2006 and be proficient in it’s use (accurate, reasonably fast, able to develop sensibly structured models including an understanding of Xreferencing) All candidates will be asked to undertake a CAD test so that skills can be assessed. Other IT skills required are a working knowledge of WORD & Excel.

The work of TPS encompasses both new-build & refurbishment projects. They are currently looking for a Technician with an architectural background, a sound knowledge of Building Construction and the ability to develop production drawings with a minimum of supervision. Familiarity with the Building Regulations and a knowledge of the Construction (Design & Management) regulations is a requirement.
