Job Description
My client is looking to recruit a RMN Deputy Manager to managing their 30 bed Mental Health Hospital. This organisation specializing in the care of adults requiring long-term care, slow stream rehabilitation, including those detained under MHA 1983. The applicant will need to be a highly motivated RMN with at least 2 years experience at management level. The ideal applicant will posses’ excellent leadership and communication skills with a commitment to clients centred care, have a good understanding of the CSCI regulations and the ability to continuously improve the service being delivered.
