Job Description

Responsibilities will include:
• Managing tenants within confines of leases
• Landlord and Tenant
• Rent reviews and Lease renewals
• Co-ordinating with external agents
• Managing expenditure and service charges
• Viewings, lettings and site inspections

Generally, you will be managing all aspects of client reporting to ensure accurate, high quality info is issued to clients with strict contract deadlines, and guaranteeing greatest profit generation through negotiations and reviews with current tenants.
The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Acts, and strong negotiation skills to ensure the maximisation of rental revenue.
You will have excellent organisational skills, and be used to dealing with clients on a regular basis.
