Currently working is going on 2 of the 3 phases and we need an Engineer to work on the externals.

The project involves basement excavation, cores and floors to multiple storey levels on a number of linked structures, moving on to the external envelope, and in some areas the fit out. The end use will see this development exhibit both residential and support facilities, harmonising with the commercial sections of the site.

You will have come from an engineering background and will have formal training and qualifications, a minimum of 3 years relevant site experience, working for either a groundworks or landscaping contractor, an RC frame contractor, or a main contractor who controls the construction process or a builder / developer, having worked on projects exceeding £3m.

Current CSCS card essential and a First Aid certificate would be advantageous, but not obligatory. The site runs on a 5 ½ day week. The option is available for either a contract or a permanent role, and the client has a large number of other schemes underway, so continuity of work is assured. Only candidates who are legally entitled to live and work in the UK will be considered.
