Our Client is one of the largest Chartered QS and Construction Consultancies in the UK, with offices in Europe and across the world. They also provide a diverse range of consultancy services, including project management, value management and M&E.

They are seeking a dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their established and experienced team. Working on several large-scale developments in the London area.

You will be working within a strong commercially savvy team and have the opportunity to grow your skills with projects that make you proud.

Entering as an intermediate level member of the team allows you to take on mid-level team management responsibilities as well as develop towards a full Commercial Management position.

The role involves all standard QS activities including evaluation progress claims, assessing variation orders, negotiating final accounts, cash-flow forecasting, checking site materials, feasibility reporting and liasing directly with the Client and their representatives

You will have at least 3 years experience with a PQS practice and will be degree qualified, ideally with a major in Quantity Surveying
