Job Description
A dynamic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor is required by one of the UK's best known house builders. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with either a major contractor or developer on residential or mixed use projects. A good working knowledge of valuation procedures, preparing bills of quantities and procurement of sub contractors is essential.
