Job Description
2 Quantity Surveyors are required to work for a well-known regional developer in the North London area on a £ multi-million development.
The positions are to be based on site, outside of the Congestion charging zones and close to easy transport links by road (M25 within 20 minutes), rail and underground.
The positions are both long-term freelance, as the site is not due for completion until 2008.
The successful applicants will have previous experience of working with regional developers on residential and commercial projects.
In return the posts offer an excellent opportunity to earn the equivalent of an salary unto c£52,000.
