Job Description
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a well-known National developer to work on a luxury development based in the Surrey area.
The position involves the usual QS functions and will be on a Freelance to Permanent basis - a much sought after agreement due to the financial benefits of working Freelance and the longer-term benefits and package associated with permanent roles.
The salary for the post will range from £26 per hour to £35 per hour according to experience. These equate to £52,000 to £73,000 per annum.
The permanent salary will be negotiated later in the contract, although a successful Senior QS could command in the region of £50-£60K per annum + benefits.
