Job Description
My private consultancy client in North London is seeking a senior planner to develop a niche residential development sector within the existing planning department.
Suitable candidates will have 5 years’ experience in development control, some of which must have been within the UK. Community consultation experience is important as this role offers the chance to take on exciting new challenges and develop an existing portfolio where an innovative and fresh community approach is required.
A degree in town planning is essential and further qualifications will be advantageous.
This is a permanent vacancy but is available immediately on a contract basis – immediate application is advised.
