Job Description
One of London's most prestigious Borough Councils urgently requires a Development Control Deputy Team Leader. You will be responsible for coordinating a small team of planners in conjunction with processing a mixed case load of minor to medium development applications encompassing affordable housing schemes inexcess of 16 dwellings. Essential requirements are 4-5 years experience as a freelance Town Planner in the UK or overseas.
