Job Description
My client, a large nursing home organisation is looking to a General Manager for their 50-bed home. The ideal candidate should be Duel registered or a RMN, with a minimum of two years' experience at Senior Management level. Applicants should also have good business and commercial acumen with a sound knowledge of CSCI legislation and knowledge of the Mental Health Act. As a manager, you will be expected to have a clear vision and direction in which the home will be run. In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic package.
