Job Description

The Assertive Outreach Team works with people with learning difficulties and mental health needs.

Our Health and Social Care Assessors review the services and lifestyles offered to people with learning difficulties. This involves arranging visits, conducting reviews, producing clear reports and taking prompt action where there are concerns. The process should include the views of people with learning difficulties and their carers.

You will need relevant work experience. Preferably 2 years post qualifying experience. GSCC registration or the process of applying.
