Job Description
Currently the home has a vacancy for a Deputy Manager. This posts involves some weekend work, on-call responsibilities and working unsociable hours.
The successful applicant will have:
Two or more years experience of working with children in a residential setting. Have either a social work qualification or NVQ level 4 in care.
Possess the ability to lead a team of residential staff, providing supervision, staff development and to deputise for the manager in their absence.
An up-to-date knowledge of current legislation and be committed to the Peterborough City Council equal opportunities policies and procedures.
