Job Description
My client, a larger private nursing organisation is currently looking to recruit a General Manager, the ideal candidate will need to be a RMN with at least two years senior management experience and either hold or is studying toward their RMA / NVQ4 in management. As a manager you will be expected to lead a multidisciplinary team and promote the high standards of care required under the CSCI legislations. This will be rewarded with competitive salary package with excellent benefits.
