Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Development Control Major Applications Consultant to work on some of London's largest proposed development schemes. You will play a key role processing large scale applications encompassing new build residential with up to 200 units and affordable housing contributions, retail and commercial. Additional duties include negotiating complex section 106 agreements and conducting Environmental Impact Assessments. Essential requirements are 3-4 years experience as a Town Planner in the UK or overseas.
