Candidates must have a minimum of three years experience at a similar level in a notable restaurant(s). The candidate must demonstrate the ability to supervise a team of experienced Waiters. Extensive knowledge of food and wine will be an advantage. Good management, excellent customer relations, good organisation and good communication are all essential qualities of a Head Waiter.
