My client is a market leader within the food industry is currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse. The ideal applicant will be focusing on the delivery of a professional and developmental Occupational Health Service on a site wide basis, you'll be responsible for the effective management of the Occupational health Department, and ensuring best practice measures are recognised and implemented across the board. As part of the role you will be actively promoting employee wellbeing and increasing overall awareness of general health issues, you must be an excellent communicator, able to deal effectively and sympathetically, who can point to a proven track record in managing and reducing absenteeism through recognised Occupational Health practices. Ideally a Registered Nurse, with related experience in a factory or similar workplace setting, you must have the ability to manage and provide a positive Occupational Health service that visibly supports day to day site operations.
