Job Description

Property Coordinator required to assist with the delivery of building fabric repairs and maintenance, building churn and moves, M & E
maintenance, repairs and replacements (with specialist help from`Technical Operations'), updating of record drawings and small projects on a regional basis. Temp to perm vacancy. Hourly rate £ 12 per hour. Interviews to be held 29th June.

LOCATION

The position is based in Brighton. The job holder will be expected to travel to other PPM building locations as required.

JOB CONTENT

To assist in implementing and managing all required and agreed churn/moves, maintenance, repairs and replacements on building fabric and mechanical and electrical systems within agreed timescales and cost.

To respond to customer requests for changes and implement them in a satisfactory manner once approval has been given.

To assist in ensuring that building floor plans are updated following`churn' and moves.

To assist in reviewing DDA compliance (property aspects) in designated buildings and facilitate any required changes.

To assist in providing technical expertise and advice in respect of building issues - repairs, maintenance, procedures, churn and moves,
etc.

To manage budget requests and spend related to approved work within designated limits.

To liaise with the Capital Projects team to ensure a combined approach to building works with no overlap or duplication, monitoring capital projects on site as required.

To assist in inputting to and maintaining a building database covering the condition of the property, the main M & E systems and the types of furniture, fittings, finishes present and highlighting issues and opportunities.

To assist in designing and implementing small capital projects within limits agreed with the Manager - Property.

To produce layouts and drawings as required to facilitate the implementation of schemes.

To maintain the required level of CAD skills and comply with GPM policies in relation to CAD usage. Alternatively to commit to undertake training to achieve the required standard of CAD skills.
