Job Description
An experienced senior surveyor is currently required by a well known retailer to provide asset management support to their property team. You will be required to develop and implement asset management plans for an allocated number of properties, whilst delivering property solutions and transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a RICS/API/PINZ qualified surveyor who has a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within the retail sector. This position will last for 4 months, with the potential that this will be extended.
