Job Description
This leading South African construction firm has a present requirement for a skilled Contracts Manager with 10 years experience across all civils aspects.
Computer literacy is a must and experience in operating MS Project / Primavera would be advantageous though not essential.
Candidates must be qualified with a BSC or B-Tech (Civil Eng., Construction Mng., or Building Sci,)
Gained knowledge and demonstrable experience in management and commercial aspects (listed below) is essential:
- Costing
- Allowables
- Client Liaison
- Production Management
- Claims
- Contract negotiation
