Located in Milton Keynes and established over 25 years ago our client has always taken on staff who are prepared to “work hard and play hard, for excellent rewards�.

The current requirement is for a Project Manager – RC Frame, with a good technical knowledge of RC frames and their construction methods, able to ensure that the client’s exacting standards are met. This is a £2.5m project and you will be working on MOD property, so you must be able to demonstrate a traceable employment and work history. This is a new scheme so there is plenty of opportunity for either a long contract role on a CIS basis, or a permanent position.

The project is a £ multi million project providing mixed commercial and support buildings over the next 18 months. Ideally you will have a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong engineering background and wish to put your technical knowledge to good use. This is a role that requires strong man management skills, the ability to produce high quality finishes, GRP moulds are in use for as struck finishes, diplomatic and negotiating skills to work with MOD personnel and a sense of humour.

Heading up a professional team; Programming, Method statements, client and sub-contractor meetings, technical resolutions and ensuring a high standard of Health & Safety will fill your working day.
